Delivery deadlines

Delivery times are from 10 to 12 business days from the order confirmation.

If you did not receive your order within the stipulated period, get in touch with us through the following email: [email protected]

We will check with the parcel company what happened and we will contact you to give you an answer.

Shipping

Once your order is processed, we have 24 hours to send you the shipping confirmation email.

All of our pieces are made to order and production time varies from 5 to 6 business days. Once your order is ready we will send you your shipping information to the registered address. International shipping usually takes 3 to 5 business days.

Orders received before 2:00 p.m. will be processed on the same day, and orders received after this time will be processed the next business day.

Orders will be processed from Monday to Friday. Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays and / or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Rates

The cost of shipping depends on the destination, weight and volume of the order. All shipments are made through DHL according to their rates.

Returns and exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges only under the following conditions:

  • The item must be new (unused) and with its original tags and the protective tag.  
  • The item is returned within 10 days of receiving your order.
  • The item is not customized or altered. 
  • The item is not marked as a sale.
  • The item was not purchased with a promo code.

NOTE: full priced items purchased with our 15% discount code are eligible for returns or exchanges. 

We are not responsible for the shipping cost for exchanges or returns, therefore it is the customer’s responsibility to cover the shipping cost for the return items to our warehouse.

All returns and exchanges will be processed within a period of 15 business days once the package has been received. Shipping and customs charges are non-refundable. 

STEPS TO MAKE YOUR RETURN OR EXCHANGE

  1. Email us at [email protected] with your order number, item(s) you will be returning or exchanging, and reason for return. We will respond via email with your return authorization. 

We will not accept returns without a return authorization and will ship back the unauthorized return package.

  1. Once your return authorization has been issued, insert the item(s) you wish to return in the original packaging.
  2. Take your package to the most convenient shipping carrier and send it to our distribution center:

  1. Once we receive the returned item(s), we will confirm your return through email as soon as it has been processed. Please allow up to 15 business days from the day the return was received for it to be processed.

LUCIANA BALDERRAMA monitors returns to identify potential misuse or abuse of our return policies. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Returns take us 15 business days to process upon reaching our facility. Once your return is processed and your refund is issued, you will receive a refund confirmation email. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used to make the purchase.

Note that refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account. 

Shipping charges on expedited orders are not refundable.

Offers and discounts

In the case of acquiring a pledge with a discount, it is acquired as a final sale; that is, changes, refunds, or refunds are not accepted in any of the articles without exception.

Availability

If an item is out of stock, we will try to replace it as soon as possible. If there is no stock, we would withdraw it from the web.

Payment methods

We accept the following forms of payment Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Pay Pal. The customer will receive a notification of the purchase at the time that is processed.

Your card may be rejected by one of the following reasons:

  • The card may have expired. Check that your card does not exceed the validity date.
  • You may have been reached the limit of the card. Check with your bank, card has not exceeded the amount allowed for purchases.
  • Maybe some data entered is incorrect. Check that you have correctly filled in all the necessary fields.
  • 3Dsecure tool. The payment gateway has this tool for the security of cardholder, in which the participating banks, are the ones who dictate the approval or decline of these transactions, according to information that cardholders enter on the secure website of these banks.
