If an item is out of stock, we will try to replace it as soon as possible. If there is no stock, we would withdraw it from the web.

Payment methods

We accept the following forms of payment Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Pay Pal. The customer will receive a notification of the purchase at the time that is processed.

Your card may be rejected by one of the following reasons:

Once your order is processed, we have 72 hours to send you the shipping confirmation email.

Once the order is sent to the registered address, you will receive an email with a guide number so you can track your order.

Orders received before 2:00 p.m. will be processed on the same day, and orders received after this time will be processed the next business day.

Orders will be processed from Monday to Friday. Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays and / or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery deadlines

The cost of shipping depends on the destination, weight and volume of the order. All shipments are made through DHL according to their rates.

Refunds, exchanges and returns

In no case can a refund be made for the amount of money paid. All returns will be made in kind (for another item) or will be accumulated as electronic credit that can be used to purchase any other item from our store.

All changes and refunds will have to be authorized by the corporate LUCIANA BALDERRAMA. Any piece of change must be new, in perfect condition and with its corresponding labels.

The options to request changes will be authorized only and exclusively for the following reasons:

The term for any change is 20 calendar days from the reception of the order (according to the delivery date of the Courier).
