Return and exchanges

Thank you for shopping with Luciana Balderrama. We hope that you are pleased with our order. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you can return or exchange any purchases within 10 days of receiving it.

POLICY

We accept returns and exchanges only under the following conditions:

  • The item must be new (unused) and with its original tags and the protective tag.
  • The item is returned within 10 days of receiving your order.
  • The item is not customized or altered.
  • The item is not marked as a sale.
  • The item was not purchased with a promo code.

NOTE: full priced items purchased with our 15% discount code are eligible for returns or exchanges.

We are not responsible for the shipping cost for exchanges or returns, therefore it is the customer’s responsibility to cover the shipping cost for the return items to our warehouse.

All returns and exchanges will be processed within a period of 15 business days once the package has been received. Shipping and customs charges are non-refundable.

STEPS TO MAKE YOUR RETURN OR EXCHANGE
  1. Email us at [email protected] with your order number, item(s) you will be returning or exchanging, and reason for return. We will respond via email with your return authorization.
  2. We will not accept returns without a return authorization and will ship back the unauthorized return package.
  3. Once your return authorization has been issued, insert the item(s) you wish to return in the original packaging.
  4. Take your package to the m ost convenient shipping carrier and send it to our distribution center: 150 N. Freeport Dr. W-3 Nogales, AZ 85621
  5. Once we receive the returned item(s), we will confirm your return through email as soon as it has been processed. Please allow up to 15 business days from the day the return was received for it to be processed.

LUCIANA BALDERRAMA monitors returns to identify potential misuse or abuse of our return policies. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

Returns take us 15 business days to process upon reaching our facility. Once your return is processed and your refund is issued, you will receive a refund confirmation email. Your refund will be credited to the original form of payment used to make the purchase.

Note that refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account.

Shipping charges on expedited orders are not refundable.
