Most of our products are made-to-order, this means once you place an order the item is made in our atelier in Sinaloa, Mexico. We are committed to sustainable practices which is why we have a minimum of excess stock.

All orders have a processing time of 7 to 10 business days. Orders are shipped after the processing time. International orders are shipped through DHL express and they take 3 to 5 business days to arrive once they are shipped out. You will be notified via email with your tracking information once your order has been shipped.

The processing time begins on the following business day from when your order was placed. Due to the nature of our business, orders of more than 6 items may experience longer processing time.

Customs tax is the responsibility of the buyer, if applicable. It is the buyer’s responsibility to know their country’s tax policy before purchasing LB. We do not reimburse customs tax nor do we collect tax on behalf of any customs department. Buyers are responsible for paying postage to have an item redelivered for failure to pay the customs tax or if an undeliverable address is provided, resulting in packages being shipped back to Luciana Balderrama.

We are not responsible for delays in shipping due to extraordinary circumstances that cause unforeseen interference with carrier routes. We are not responsible If there are any issues with delivery for reasons beyond our control.
