If an item is out of stock, we will try to replace it as soon as possible. If there is no stock, we would withdraw it from the web.

Payment methods
We acept the following forms of payment

The customer will receive a notification of the purchase at the time that is processed.

Your card may be rejected by one of the following reasons:
• The card may have expired. Check that your card does not exceed the validity date.
• You may have been reached the limit of the card. Check with your bank, card has not exceeded the amount allowed for purchases.
• Maybe some data entered is incorrect. Check that you have correctly filled in all the necessary fields.
• 3Dsecure tool. The payment gateway has this tool for the security of cardholder, in which the participating banks, are the ones who dictate the approval or decline of these transactions, according to information that cardholders enter on the secure website of these banks.

Once the order is sent to the registered address, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can track your order.

Orders received before 2:00 pm will be processed the same day, orders received after this time will be processed the next business day.
Orders are processed from Monday to Friday. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday and /or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery time will be 15 to 20 business days.

Returns and exchanges

There are no refunds for the amount of money paid, all refunds will be made in other item or accumulate as electronic credit that can be used to purchase any other item from our store.

All changes must be approved by LUCIANA BALDERRAMA Corporation. All items have to be brand new, in perfect conditions and with its corresponding labels.

Apliccations to request returns and exchanges will be authorized only for the following reasons:
a) You received a wrong item (model, size, color)
b) You want to request a change of size (according to the established size guide)

The deadline for any change is 20 days from receipt of order.

To make the change you must go to the package delivey of your choice and send the package to the following address:

Shipping fee to the distribution center will be covered by the customer. Once the change is made it will be returned free of charge.

LUCIANA BALDERRAMA reserves the right to refuse returns and exchanges communicated or sent after the deadline, or items that are not in the same condition they were received.

In case of purchasing discounted items are acquired as final sale; meaning no returns, exchanges or refunds are accepted in any of the items without exception.
